Here are some of the hottest beauty trends from the 2012 runways--these are beauty looks the designers sent down the runway-- if a few designers use the same look in lips or eyes or cheeks it's called a hot trend!
Other hot runway beauty looks included really bold lips especially red, an extremely dark smokey eye, rosy cheeks and light rose lips.
As always some of these runway trends are just plain whacky or not at all wearable. One trend I don't think we'll see much of in real life is the extremely dark smokey eye--we've done this before--not too long ago and I think the trend is really more toward a lighter, brighter more natural look. Many of the grunge type looks use the really dark smokey eye and I think we'll still see it there.
I'm loving the use of white highlighter around the eyes for brightness--I also love glittery, metallic eyeshadow, the cat eye look if it's not overdone and red lips--I love red lipstick! I think the key here is not overdoing any of these trends.
