I'm crazy in love with this safari collection for next spring by Michael Kors--so much of it is so wearable and fashioned in the earthy colors I am so smitten with!
Michael Kors recently vacationed at the Singita Lebombo Lodge in South Africa in a beautiful game preserve--this experience provided the inspiration for this safari tribal theme!
The collection is awash in camp shirts, safari jackets, serapes and skirts--lots of skirts! Earth colors of khaki, sienna and amber colored most of the collection which was constructed of suede and distressed cashmere and linen--tie-dye pieces in silk were also prevalent. I loved Kors' luxurious looking leather accessories--chunky and brown being the descriptive words to use! And also there was the python--so absolutely gorgeous on shoulder straps and shoes!
