Here are the top 4 colors for spring 2011! These colors were chosen by designers at New York Fashion Week and reported to us in the Pantone Fashion Color Report-the color authority for home and fashion. In all, Pantone has identified 10 colors in their report with the four pictured here the most popular. The ten colors are an interesting mix of warm and cool complementary colors. Exotic places- Africa, India, Peru and Turkey were inspiration for spring 2011 colors.

According to Pantone, Honeysuckle is guaranteed to produce a healthy glow when worn by both men and women. It’s a striking, eye-catching hue that works well for day and night in women’s apparel, accessories and cosmetics, and in men’s ties, shirts and sportswear.So, yes, we'll be seeing lots of pink in the spring and summer collections. I like pink but only in very small doses! My favorite fashion colors always lean toward the more practical earth tones. I'm especially loving russet and coral rose-both are lovely colors and easy to work into a wardrobe-they're earthy warm colors that work for accessories as well.
