My all-time favorite beauty find is the Clarisonic Mia-a super effective sonic skin cleanser. Yes, my husband bought me this Clarisonic for Christmas-it's the Clarisonic Mia-the smaller travel size version of the larger Clarisonic. The Mia is smaller and lighter than the original Clarisonic, but the brush head is the same size. I asked for the smaller size because I thought it would be light and easy to hold and I was right! It's light, easy to hold and use, and it works!
The Clarisonic Mia is so easy for me to use-I just wet my face and the brush head with water and after putting a liberal amount of soap or other non-abrasive facial cleanser on my face, I move the Clarisonic around my face for between 30 seconds and one minute. I use a light pressure and small circular motions on my cheeks, chin, forehead and nose. This is how I use my Mia, but if you do purchase it be sure to read the User Guide completely before using your Clarisonic Mia and follow Clarisonic's directions. The unit uses a gentle sonic micro-massage action to clean the skin. The brush is super soft-soft enough to be used every day. I use mine about three times a week.
The results I get are incredible-the Mia removes much more makeup than my regular cleansing routine and seems to remove all the dead dry skin leaving my skin super smooth and soft! According to the manufacturer: the Mia removes makeup six times better than traditional methods, clears pores and reduces the appearance of pore size, cleanses so thoroughly that skincare products absorb better, and creates noticeably healthier looking skin.
