Some reviewers had spent long days trekking about on vacation in these and have been quite happy with them! I think wearing them on vacation is the true test!

Thought you might enjoy some fashion inspiration from British designer Margaret Howell. Of course she's showing stripes for summer! Stripes, stripes, stripes are hot, hot, hot! Yes, stripes of all widths and colors are very hot in fashion. Tops, dresses, shoes and bags and most everything else can be found done in stripes! It's very much the Hamptons, don't you think-very classic and certainly nothing new in fashion. But stripes come and go and they're back in a big way. I love how easy a stripe is to wear-a little striped top with khaki pants and you have a trendy pulled together look.

Fragrance Stella McCartney Beautiful Spring Summer Eau de Toilette Perfume

Santa brought me this fragrance sampler...

and lately I'm been sampling Stella's newest fragance.

Yes, I received this fabulous perfume/fragrance sampler and I've been having fun with it. The sampler contains the following: Aquolina Pink Sugar - Donna Karan Cashmere Mist - Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy - Prada Infusion D'Iris - Dior Addict 2 - Emilio Pucci Vivara Variazioni Acqua 330 - Kenzo FlowerByKenzo - Stella McCartney STELLANUDE- Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue - Harajuku Lovers G - Michael Kors Very Hollywood - Versace Bright Crystal - Atomizer.

As you can imagine, I just didn't know where to begin with this set. I decided to try Stella McCartney's new fragrance since I like some of her other fragrances. I'm so glad I tried it! I'm finding I love the STELLANUDE. It's a light floral scent- roses and peonies with hints of grapefruit and vanilla. I'm not a huge floral fan, but this fragrance-an eau de toilette, is so light that I'm enjoying the floral notes without being overwhelmed!

I'm seeing more hats than ever, but the really hot hat fashion trend is the fedora hat! Fedora hats are everywhere as was seen during fashion weeks around the globe-Tommy Ton took these photos for style.com. What I do notice is that the fedora goes best with long hair-the masculine, boyish hat with the feminine long hair-it's alway about contrasts isn't it! In any case, expect hats to be around for a while and even hot for spring and summer in a summer weight straw or fabric!
