The square satchel bag pictured here is an example of where handbag styles are headed in the coming year. In general, bags are becoming a bit smaller and more boxy than we've seen lately-the style move is away from the super slouchy bags we've been carrying. Bags for 2011 are more square and often utilize the flap for a closure. The satchel flap bag like the one pictured will be super hot with most designers creating their own particular version of this bag. Also hot will be the envelope clutch and the flatter, squarer tote. Bags in general are moving to a more tailored, cleaner classic look with lots of square corners. As far as color goes, a brown tanned tobacco caramel color leather is hot in bags. Leather is super hot in clothes and accessories for 2011 and a caramel color bag will go with just about any other color of leather you happen to be wearing.
