Love, love, love this jumbo all-in-one eye shadow, eyeliner pencil in Milk by NYX Cosmetics. After looking for a long time for the perfect product to lighten up the area just below the eyebrow-I finally found this creamy eye shadow pencil. I lightly pencil on a bit just below the brow and smudge it with my finger to get the very slight lightening, brightening effect I'm looking for. I can't see the whiteness but I see the lightening effect which makes the eyebrows pop and seems to lift and brighten my eyes! I found this beauty product at ULTA.
